Fighting Bribery & Corruption Policy
Gasgous Group is dedicated to conducting all business activities honestly, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in every country where it operates. The Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach toward any form of bribery or corrupt conduct.
Employees must not, under any circumstances, offer, authorize, solicit, or accept any cash payment, gift, hospitality, favor, or other benefit, either directly or through a third party, with the intention of influencing the decisions or actions of government officials, public authorities, political representatives, customers, suppliers, or any other individual or organization.
The Company recognizes that anti-corruption legislation applies not only to direct actions but also to activities carried out by agents, consultants, contractors, intermediaries, or any other parties acting on its behalf. Failure to comply with these legal requirements may lead to significant civil and criminal sanctions, including financial penalties and imprisonment.
Because many anti-corruption laws have international reach, unlawful conduct in one country may result in investigations or legal action in other jurisdictions. For this reason, all employees and business representatives are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity in every business transaction.
Any employee found to be involved in bribery or other corrupt practices may face disciplinary action, in addition to exposing both themselves and Gasgous Group to serious legal, financial, and reputational consequences, including the loss of contracts, business opportunities, and stakeholder confidence.
